Processing Times

Delivery
Most orders are delivered by your local postal service. This means your package will usually arrive in your regular mail.
If you are not home at the time of delivery, a notice card may be left with instructions on how and where you can collect your parcel.
Unexpected Delays
In rare cases, delivery may take longer than the estimated times above. The most common cause is international customs processing, which is outside our control.

Failed Deliveries
If the package cannot be delivered due to:

…the parcel will be returned to us at the customer’s expense. This includes return shipping costs and any other fees incurred. These costs will be deducted from your refund.
Items Marked as Delivered but Not Received
Please note: We cannot refund or replace items that tracking shows as successfully delivered.
