Order Cancellation
We accept cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If your order is cancelled in time, you will receive a full refund.
Please note that we cannot cancel an order once it has already been shipped.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as when you received it.

It must be returned in the original packaging.
